Salads with Fish

To prepare salads with fish, the latter can be used in almost any form: raw, boiled, salted, smoked, fried, and, of course, canned fish. It can be white or red, sea or river – you decide what to choose, because for each type of fish there is its own salad recipe. The most commonly used are cod, pink salmon, salmon, mackerel and tuna. Vegetables and rice, as well as potatoes, go well with fish. Fish salads are usually dressed with mayonnaise, but this is not at all necessary.
