Seafood Salads

Salads with seafood are both very tasty and very healthy dishes. After all, seafood has a very low calorie content and contains many useful substances and microelements. To prepare such salads, squid, mussels, crabs, shrimp and seaweed are most often used, which are complemented with vegetables, pasta or rice. Seafood salad dressings are very varied: from the usual mayonnaise to fiery Tabasco sauce. The main rule of such salads is that only fresh seafood should be used.
